its been a while since i last updated...

sukma was great...my last competition

its has been 3weeks since i quit swimming and i havent swim in a long time
i feel really weird and so un-fit
feel kinda lost too and im slacking at home
there was a singing contest at school and eileen ho won it..
i was kinda shock when she sing..she's so so so good
her voice totally change..she sang beautifull by chirstina
and i already decide what to study in collage...either business or accounting
no more science*yays* but i still need to study bio,phy,chem to at least get credit for spm
im gonna get a pink v3 soon :D

Happy Mothers Day

woke up around 8 something..

went to mcD for breakfast with mum & lil bro

then go png sports council for the elite squad meeting

only 3 swimmers are in the elite squad..tze yang n eddie..jun ting got kick out cos he dint go training and dint pass up his monthly report..

the meeting was so boring..the malay guys all very semangat..keep singing song and cheer..

but me,tze yang adn eddie was there for the money only x)

after meeting we went to kumbar for some famous mee udang..

after lunch,they give us our final insentif :D *yayness*

for may and july..rm600 :) they still owe me feb-apr tho..

after giving us the money...they malay guys sing,cheer and did some rugby dance which was really spastic and cute tho..they fat ba somemore keep shaking their ass..like baby elephant dance only (:

after lunch..eveyrone was so so full...on the way back to the sports council..me,tze yang and eddie was talkinn bout the sukma 2004..if we were that fit like this time..we surely win gold..but unfortunately we all damn unfit now..lols..all of us slack for a year liao...haihs...so sad ):

eveyrthing ended around 3 smtg...so went to gurney hotel to meet my cousin clement then we went to penang road for cendol..after that we go one stop to get dvd's...

went home and rest a while then go club to swim 1km with samuel and andy

after swimming 1km..we saw this man with his really super high swimming trunks which looks like thongs(tht's what samuel said)

then,we went over to the baby pool and try to take his pic..lols..we keep laughing only..after the green thong guy we saw a yellow banana but crack ass which his swim trunks was see thru..then andy take pic again..ended up taking pics of ppl ass and us fooling around..

after playing..we all left for mothers day dinner at the club restorant

after dinner..came home and watch mi 3 & i not stupid too with my cousin

this week was so nice without school :D

monday- training

tuesday - train in the morning..cut and dyed my hair..was late for training x) but i loved my hair that day

wednesday-train in the morning again and do my hair again..nothing edi..dunno why the hair stylist go cut even shorter but i like the colour she dyed but i dun like my hair liao ):

thursday- shopping~*lalala..dint buy much..a skirt and a shirt only but already 399.80

i tot the skirt was 249.90 but when i came home and see the reciept then only i know it was 279.90.

friday- we suck day..trianing in the morning..went home and sleep..then go gurney with mum and bro to buy lil bro's toys..then went home and continue my sleep again..slept for 3 hours..

saturday-training was hell today..11 more days somemore no tapering..so tired..feel so weak..legs and hand so weak..haih..

after training went for breakfast and back home...

so training is hell now..this week is gonna be the worst week ever

i was on the verge of quitting swimming...

the whole training was bloody sprints..

mia text me this morning..i was complaining on how i wanna quit swimming and trianing is bloody hard then she and nien ching ask me to you continue training and say after sukma we go holiday together with vivian,andy n maybe nien ching..love them so much..muakz...

sarawak swimmers only train 5k and they complain liao...selangor train 6k and perak 7k..edmund jus told me johor 3k only i think..and syafiq told me kl is like 8k but 2 session la..we one session only like 8.7k..havent total up morning yet..

and when i went morning training today..all of us had a haircut during the weekend(:

when i woke up i get ready for school..while waiting for dad i suddenly think back bout coach and cried again..*gosh*miss him so much..haih..i dun have da mood to train also edi

went half day of school only and mats n add mats teacher wont be attending class for the next 2weeks...good or bad?i also dunno..haih..
when for lunch with mum then to my medical check up...then doctor say i need to do mmr scan or smtg must be back by 2..so go maxis center fix my 3g setting and stuff..then went home..rest and clean up my room then go for the mmr scan...

it was so bored man..i have to lay down there for 1hour and i cant even move and it was freakin cold...after check up i had a bad headache so i skip trainingn tution again..haih..

so sien la now..i was checking out watches and i saw this...maybe buying it..is some guess 20years edition thingy...

today was coach last day of training
and he wanted us to do what time we all did it for him
i mean like better then our pb man..we were suprise
after the training end we were all so sad edi..then coach asked for our hp numbers n emails
then i went up and he come and hug me and say
"haih,i dunno when willi see you again..must take care big girl edi"
he was my coach since i was 12 and he use to take care of me alot..i dunno what am i gonna do without him...his like my gurdian..haih... :'(
my eyes was red and i dunno how to talk to him and jus walk away n go toilet
everyone was moody and our eye was red so we all jus went to the toilet and cry
so sad..even tho sometimes we hate him but his still the best
he says is hard to find swimmers likes us..cos we talk alot,we joke around and we owes make him happy...we all got so sad and moody..

after training i rush back home to get ready for the pasa awards lunch
during lunch we had games first..we made jinny n denis to go play the game and they make the mc called me and liang..and the stupid mc keep calling me loreal..so gay la..
1st game was da balloon bursting games..must blow till it burst..i won..lol..
liang keep disturbing denis and they keep laughing so they lose lo..lol
then 2nd games was some paper dance game..must be partner..
ye shan made denis n jinny to go out...then jinny called me n mark..but i dont want and walk away...then i call the mc to call andy and mellisa..so they went up then stupid andy call the mc to call me and jun song..*gosh*me n jun song not ngam wan..we owes argue ever since were 14 in sports school..like 24/7..everyone knows tht...the game play then have to hug each other and stuff wan...aiyoh....ah yeow n pei san was so happy and they took pics and they said they have been waiting for this day ever since were in sports school till now..

when the reporters took our photo..one of them liek dislike us keep scolding us say we pose not nice...never smile and say we so numb...stupid wan...

after that i went back to my place the reporters came to interview me..i jus ignore them cause jack simons..our new coach wanted to talk the few of us..
after tht was games again..but i dint play..and jack simons called me again..
he calls me the cell phone girls..cause im owes busy on the phone..
i told him is my parents he dont belive..lol..

had a nice time today and sad too...

1st day-200im only...did badly cos i was like half sick..got 1st

2nd day - was SICK..i was like damn cold keep frezzing n its a bloddy indoor pool...the water like ice...i dint feel like swimming feel like backing out but i dint...i got 400free n 100free in the morning..i went slow for 400free cos only me n jinny n tania..got 1st...and 100 free my timing was bad..was so freakin cold n tired..whole body damn hard edi..haih..then afternoon i got 200back...i did 2.32 was happy la..break da psag n meet rec...i tot il do like 36 n above cos all my timing like shit only...then relay...oso 1st lo..

3rd day-still sick..got 200free n 50 back in the morning..timing oso like shit..but still 1st..break da meet rec for 50back...afternoon was 100back n 50 free..break da rec for 100 back almost lose to julie in 50 free...like 00.03..

mr.lim was like scolding us...ppl durin hols train hard psc swimmers all lazy all go hols overseas or slack...see what happen..u guys dint break record...but we still win gold ma..but mark lose badly..he lose to sam n tze wei...haih...

jinny miss her event cos she went to eq hotel for lunch..

i dint swim relay 4x100m im cos auntie sherlyn said shen yin dun have medal so let her swim..so me n jinny back out to give swen wern n shen yin swim...

overall i got 8golds for individual event 1 more gold for relay..1 PSAG rec n 3 meet rec overall g1 best girl

tania came and swim..cos sports school was our invited guest..she jus went in to ss this year..im goin back this year but dunno when yet..not sure yet..probally middle of the year i guess..

last night dad and mum argue the whole night

it was horrible..i dint sleep the whole night...

it was just a nightmare man...

was so sleepy at school..my eyes cant even open n i feel sick...

i slept during english n physics..

teacher ask why am i sleeping..then maine told teacher i was sick..

after recess i went home early...continue sleeping till 5smtg

then go training..coach ask me why am i late..cos i was never late for training b4

told coach i never sleep and stuff and family prob..

he was like u look so sick n weak and he was saying parents sure fight wan la..

his like the best coach to count on...

training was tiring..i have no mood to swim and was having a bad headache

denis is back...training with them is jus fun..theyy cheer u up...

i rather go train then stay at home man...
